To find out the exact delivery cost, simply create an account on our website and add your delivery address. Once this information is entered, the costs will be calculated automatically and added to your cart according to the characteristics of the selected tree.
Delivery times in France
For deliveries in France, delivery times are on average 2 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen carrier, usually DPD or Geodis.
These times are indicative and not guaranteed. They may vary depending on the time of year, carrier activity, or exceptional circumstances. We always do our best to prepare and ship your order quickly, but we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, which are beyond our control.
Furthermore, the safety and health of our trees remain our top priority. In certain situations, we may need to postpone shipping due to excessively low temperatures (particularly for tropical species like ficus) or extreme heat, to ensure the best possible transport conditions for your bonsai.
