What do the numbers on your products mean?

The numbers on our products simply correspond to the reference number of the tree you purchased. This is an internal identifier used in our logistics and tracking system, so it doesn't mean anything in particular to you.

Since each bonsai is photographed individually, this system allows us to easily identify each tree and guarantee that you receive exactly the one pictured. 🙂
